Goodbye Doormat.

WHOA.

Last night was crazy. The winds in the SGV were unreal. I drove out to the westside for dinner in my Element… NOT the best car to drive in a windstorm with. Since it’s shaped like a box, you could really feel the wind against the car. I might as well have had a sail on the thing.

I brought in all my patio furniture cushions as they were beginning to fly away. I saved all of them, but one of my doormats was not so fortunate. I watched it whisked away by the powerful Santa Ana winds into the cold night sky. It was seriously like a scene out of wizard of oz. haha.
